February and March will be busy months for the West Plains Civic Center. The month of February will kick-off this weekend with the TLR Gun and Knife Show in the arena/exhibit hall February 8 and 9. Admission is $7 for a weekend pass.
Homecoming for Missouri State University-West Plains will take place February 22 with admission at $6.25. Grab your alumni friends, your best Grizzly blue and go cheer for the Grizzlies! Governor Mike Parson will speak at the Howell County Republicans Lincoln Days Banquet on February 28 in the Magnolia Room.
On March 3, MSU-West Plains University/Community Programs will host Polkadots: The Cool Kids Musical with free admission for any child 13 and under and just $5 for adults. The annual Home and Garden Show will take place March 6 and 7 in the arena/exhibit hall. West Plains Council on the Arts will host Brewfest on March 14, and tickets can be purchased in advance for $25, $35 at the door.
Joe Nichols will be the headliner for the annual Cystic Fibrosis benefit concert on March 21. Tickets are $25 for adults and $5 for children for that concert, and John Conlee will perform in the Theater on March 26. The University/Community Programs will host Joe & Nick’s VCR Party on March 24 at 7 p.m.
Save the date for Casting Crowns on April 3, Professional Bull Riding April 10-11, Oz Con April 24-26, and the Howell Oregon Electric Annual Meeting May 1.
