A Van Buren man faces multiple charges after an incident involving a 15-year-old boy. The victim stated that 50-year-old Alex Moreno tried to make unwanted sexual contact with him. When the victim became upset and began to report what had happened, Moreno allegedly offered the boy money to allow him make sexual contact. Moreno is charged with child molestation and patronizing prostitution.
