West Plains, MO. – Halloween is just a few weeks away, but before even that are several events taking place that can get us into the spirit of the season. In this week’s West Plains Arts Alliance Update with Terry Hampton, we’re told a bit more about the upcoming Josiah Howell-O-Ween event.
Vendors registrations for this event are open, and applications can be found at the Yellow House or the Ozark Heritage Welcome Center.
