West Plains, MO. – Identities have been revealed regarding the late night shooting of a man at 14-Junction Gas Station in West Plains, Missouri.
James Harlin Vineyard 34, of West Plains, was the victim of what ended as a deadly shooting. The shooting occurred at roughly 10:53, and appears to have been perpetrated by Damian Paul Henry, also of West Plains.

Henry was found after police were given information by witnesses stated a Red Chevy Avalanche had left the scene. Henry reportedly shot Vineyard several times who succumbed to his injuries after being transported to Ozarks Healthcare.
