West Plains City Councilman Mike Topliff announced on social media today (12/15) that he intends to run for re-election in the April 2021 election.
He posted: “After long discussions with my family, friends, and prayers for guidance, I have decided to run for re-election. It has been an honor representing the citizens of West Plains for the past seven years. With your support I will continue to be your representative on the council. Please vote April 6, 2021.”
