The West Plains Optimist Club will sponsor the annual community-wide Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 9 from 10:00 AM- 12:00 PM at the West Plains High School softball fields. There will be Easter Egg hunts organized by age categories, games, prizes, and treats.
The West Plains Optimist Club is approaching the 50th anniversary of its charter, first established on September 28, 1972. The club sponsors numerous activities for youth throughout the year including Mighty Mite Football, T-ball, and Youth fishing tournaments.
