The City of West Plains Water Department will have a partial lane closure on Eighth Street between Kentucky Avenue and Highway 63 all day on Tuesday, February 4 for water line work.
City officials ask motorists to find an alternate route if possible and expect minor delays. Work will be done in front of H.O.M.E. and the Shaw Building but entrances to each parking lot will be open.
