Walmart will be hosting its first Wellness Day of the new year on Saturday, January 11, from 10AM to 2PM at Walmart pharmacies across the country, including those in Missouri.
The free events provide the perfect opportunity for individuals to start off the New Year and new decade by taking charge of their own health. During the events, Walmart will offer low-cost flu shots and free health screenings.
Walmart Wellness Day is a free health event for Walmart customers. Since 2014, Walmart has conducted more than 4.4 million free screenings during the quarterly events. These screenings have helped customers discover underlying issues like high blood pressure and diabetes that they now can manage – and in some cases, these screenings have saved customers’ lives.
