West Plains, MO. – With spring and storm season around the corner, many different services are gearing up for the possibility of dangerous weather that comes with it
Howell County Emergency Management has recent announced that they will be hosting a class soon on Weather Spotter Training. This class will take place at the West Plains Civic Center in the Magnolia Room on Tuesday, February 27th at 6pm. The class is expected to last 1 to 2 hours, and is free and open to the public, as well as any public or private organizations.
