West Plains, MO. – West Plains area students have taken part in an old tradition for many schools in the form of creating a time capsule. On 2-22-22, all the area West Plains 1st grade students, including those from the rural schools, were invited to add photos and information about themselves into a time capsule.
The time capsule is not to be opened until 3-3-33, which will coincide with the 1st graders final year of high school. Last week, the first-grade Glenwood and West Plains Elementary students delivered the time capsule to the West Plains High School.
