WEST PLAINS, Mo. — The city of West Plains says city hall and other city offices will be closed Tuesday, December 24 and Wednesday, December 25 for the Christmas holiday.
Monday trash routes will run normal on Monday, December 23 while Tuesday routes will be picked up and commercial routes will be collected until 11 am on Tuesday, December 24. The solid waste transfer station will also be open that Tuesday from 8 am to 12 pm. No routes will be picked up Wednesday, December 25. Wednesday and Thursday houses will be collected Thursday, December 26, while Friday, December 27 routes will remain normal.
City hall and other city offices will also be closed Wednesday, January 1 for the New Year holiday. Trash that is normally picked up on Wednesday will be collected on Thursday, January 2 with no other routes affected.
