West Plains, MO. – The West Plains Arts Alliance is busy with with upcoming events, giving residents opportunity to attend various events. On this new update of these activities, here’s Terry Hampton.
To summarize, the three events hightlighted in this week’s update includes a presentation tonight at the Garnett Library covering the Great Wooldridge Fire, called “Half the Town Burned”. That’ll happen 6 to 7 pm.
The second event is Artfully Aging, taking place Thursday from 2 to 5pm at the West Plains Senior Center, meant to give those aged 50 and older ways to engage the art community and their own creative skills.
Lastly, from 6 to 8pm on Thursday, Sounds Downtown will be taking place, a monthly show that is free to attend just off the square. This show will feature Kayla Ray as the performing artist.
