West Plains Arts Alliance Update w/ Terry Hampton 9-12-23

West Plains, MO. – Hitting the halfway point in September means October is only a few stone throws away, bringing Halloween and more Fall festivities along with it. This week’s West Plains Arts Alliance update features a few reminders of on-going and upcoming arts events.

This update includes several calls for artists, such as for the Deck the Halls exhibit this Christmas, an art display centered around the eclipse next year, and for a car-themed art show. These shows are organized by the West Plains Council on the Arts, and Ozark Artery, respectively.

Lastly, there is a reminder of the last showings of the currently running comedy play at the Avenue Theatre. It’s called “Harvey”, and is a play about a character having interactions with an oversized imaginary rabbit as their friend.
