The West Plains Bank & Trust – Liberty Branch is open for business during their parking lot construction. The banks front entrance will be closed for the week of Monday, July 19, 2021. The Liberty Branch is located at 607 North Elm Street in Mountain View, Missouri. Parking is available on the side of the building and the drive-through and ATM are accessible through the back side of the parking lot.
