WEST PLAINS, Mo. — West Plains City Clerk Mallory Snodgras says the downtown Christmas tree will be put into place this week, and a ribbon cutting will be held this coming Monday to celebrate:
City hall and other city offices will be closed Thursday and Friday in observance of Thanksgiving. Normal business hours resume Monday, December 2.
