The West Plains City Council met in special session Tuesday, November 10, at West Plains City Hall.
First, the council heard the first reading of Bill 4673 to become Bill 4673, an ordinance approving the adoption of the amended budgets for the fiscal year beginning April 1, 2020 and ending March 31, 2021. The first reading was approved unanimously.

The council then approved a proposal for Butler Park’s new splash pad from All Inclusive Rec, LLC.
