West Plains City Council Approves Utility Rate Increase

The West Plains City Council passes a utility hike. Electric will increase 7%, water 3%, sewer 4% and sanitation 3%.
The rate increases will take effect in 2025. The council also approved the termination of one TIF district, along with adding a new TIF district for the fiscal year, beginning January 1.
