West Plains, MO. – The West Plains City Council has agreed to ban parking on certain streets near the West Plains High School effective immediately.
The Council met on Thursday, November 16, 2023, during its regular session. During the session, the council passed Bill 4749, making it Ordinance 4749. This ordinance specifically prohibits the parking of motor vehicles on Howell Avenue from Olden Street south to Bratton Avenue, East Olden Street 325 feet west of Howell Avenue, 3rd Street 325 feet west of Howell Avenue, and East Olden Street from Howell Avenue to Davidson Street.
