The City of West Plains held its regular monthly city council meeting Monday, June 22.
The city council meeting featured a public hearing for a petition for the Southern Hills Community Improvement District (CID). Ozark Radio News will have an exclusive interview with City of West Plains Finance Director Todd Harman about the proposed CID.

Ozark Radio News will also speak with community developer Ryan Kiser, who is leading the effort to renovate and expand Southern Hills for future development.
