West Plains City Councilman Mike Topliff won reelection in Tuesday’s Municipal Election with 63% of the vote. He received 381 votes, Donald McClellan received 226 votes.
Topliff posted the following message on Facebook: “Thank you to everyone that has supported me throughout this election. I am proud to be your representative on the council. West Plains, make it happen here.”
