West Plains City Council to Discuss Utilities Price Increase & Approval of Office Construction

West Plains, MO. – The West Plains City Council will be meeting tonight, October 21st, and subjects discussed includes several topics. Of note, there will be discussions on increasing the prices of utilities at the beginning of 2025, the 2025 budget, and the site plan for pair of office buildings off of Imperial Drive.
