West Plains City Council to hold Special Session Tonight on Tax Bill

West Plains, MO. – The West Plains City Council will meet tonight in the council chambers at City Hall at 5:30 p.m. for a special session and will hold a vote on Tax Bill 4720.

Tax Bill 4720, if passed, would institute a property tax within the city limits of West Plains. The tax rate would be $0.3106 per $100 of assessed valuation. Funds raised would go to maintain the General Revenue Fund for 2022.
