   1. Don Grimm: Rezone request for 1410 Bill Virdon from R-2 Urban Residential to C-2 General Commercial.

III. ORDINANCES

1. Bill 4736 to become Ordinance 4736. Second Reading. An Ordinance of the City of West Plains, Missouri, approving the adoption of amended budgets for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2023, and ending December 31, 2023.
2. Bill 4737 to become Ordinance 4737. Second Reading. An Ordinance of the City of West Plains, Missouri, (The City) to amend Chapter 46, Utilities, of the Code of Ordinances for the City of West Plains, Missouri, by replacing sections 46-97, 46-98, and 46-100 pertaining to utility billing and delinquent utility accounts.
3. Bill 4738 to become Ordinance 4738. First Reading. An Ordinance vacating an alley between Leyda Avenue and Garrett Street.
4.  Bill 4739 to become Ordinance 4739. First Reading. An Ordinance changing the official zoning map of the City of West Plains, Missouri, and defining the boundaries of the area to be changed on said official zoning map by this ordinance (property located at 1410 Bill Virdon.)
