1. Bill 4830 to become Ordinance 4830 – Second reading. An ordinance of the City of West Plains, Missouri, authorizing the city administrator to execute an amendment to a State Block Grant Agreement for airport improvements including the remainder of the construction contract and Woolpert’s construction administration services, and further authorizing local matching funds for said project.
