West Plains City Hall and all other city buildings will be closed on Friday, July 3, in observance of Independence Day.
Due to the holiday, Friday’s residential trash collection will be picked up alongside Thursday’s routes on July 2.
City offices will reopen during normal business hours on Monday, July 6.
