West Plains, MO. – Last week the City of West Plains officially announced the opening of the City Pool on this next following Monday.
The announcement went out on Thursday, May 16th, and stated that the official opening date for the facility is next Monday, May 27th. Hours of operation are currently set at noon to 5 pm daily, with an evening swim scheduled for Thursdays from 5 pm to 8 pm.
The cost of admission to the City Pool is $5 for children aged three to eleven, and $6 for ages twelve and up. Children who are under twelve will be required to be accompanied by an adult.
In addition, punch cards have been prepared for the pool to be sold at the Jimmie Carrol Sports Complex for $30. Each punch card will be honored for 10 visits to the City Pool.
