The City of West Plains has announced that there will be a planned power outage tonight, starting at 11:00 PM and lasting approximately 1.5 hours. This outage is necessary for crews to changeout a pole. In order to safely replace this pole, a circuit of the substation will be shut-off. The affected areas are shown in the map.
