West Plains City Utility Pay System Down 11 Days Beginning Oct. 28

West Plains, MO. – The City of West Plains will be updating their billing software toward the end of October and this will delay many payment methods. The updates are expected to take eleven days beginning on October 28.

The city is asking that customers be patient as staff works to learn new software that will allow for new perks, including e-billing and a new pay portal.

The city will not be able to accept ANY utility payments from noon on Friday, Oct. 28, until 8 a.m. on Wednesday, November 9, when the updates are expected to be finished. The city has pushed back the November payment deadline to November 18.

Beginning November 9, the city will only be able to accept cash, check and money order payments. Debit/credit payments will be available as soon as possible, once the new portal is up and running.
