Event Refunds Still Available at Civic Center Through July

The West Plains Civic Center Box Office will continue to issue refunds throughout the duration of the month of July for the three canceled events due to the Coronavirus.  The three events include Buckin’ in the Plains: Professional Bull Riding, the Cystic Fibrosis Benefit – Featuring Joe Nichols, and Brewfest.

Customers must bring their tickets, picture ID, and Credit/debit card if purchased with a card.  Once the deadline has passed the Civic Center will no longer be offering refunds for these three events.

The Box Office currently has three additional events that have been pushed back further into the fall and into early 2021.  The Best of MoTown event, originally scheduled for July 25, has been rescheduled for Saturday, November 7, 2020.  The layout of this event will be changing, and current ticketholders will be refunded their tickets and will have the first opportunity to rebuy new tickets before they go on sale to the general public.

The John Conlee Show, which was originally scheduled for Thursday, March 26, has been pushed back to Thursday, February 11, 2021.  No refunds will be issued for this event and those with tickets are asked to hold onto their tickets because they will be honored at the door.

The Casting Crowns concert, originally scheduled for Friday, April 3 then rescheduled for Thursday, October 1, 2020, has been postponed until Spring of 2021.  Casting Crowns is currently working on how they will route their show, and the public will be made aware once a new date has been determined.  Customers are being asked to hold onto their tickets, and they will be honored on the new date.

Box Office hours are Monday through Friday 10am-3pm.  For those with questions or would like to order tickets over the phone may do so by calling 417-256-8087.

Visitors to the Center are strongly encouraged to wear face masks, follow social distancing of at least six feet, and regularly wash their hands.
