West Plains, MO. – West Plains Downtown recently received $12,000 for the funding of future plans for Sounds Downtown, a free summer concert series in West Plains.
This was made possible between Community First Bank and a matching grant program from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines.

Mark Sloan was named as being indispensible for this process, being President of Community First and a member of the West Plains Downtown Board of Directors.
This funding will go toward funding the concert series for the next three years.
