West Plains, MO. – What started as an inside joke and game amongst the City of West Plains Electric Department has evolved into a yearly tradition, and this year it continues.
It’s called the “Find the Lights Scavenger Hunt”. Residents and visitors to West Plains may notice the snowflakes hanging up in various places. To participate, simply keep a look-out for lights that feature a single blue, red, or green light.

This game was designed as an extra activity for people driving around West Plains to have fun with their families while experiencing the extra decorations that come with the holiday season.
