West Plains, MO. – This second weekend of October is packed to the gills with some big events, with at least two taking place in West Plains. Terry Hampton gives us a little heads up on the upcoming rodeo and renaissance fair.
The Hirsch Feed Grizzly Stampede College Rodeo promises to bring a lot of different teams from both in and far outside the Ozarks for three days of rodeo at the Heart of the Ozarks Fairgrounds. That will be taking place from the 8th to the 10th with gates opening at 5pm each evening. Food trucks will be on-site.
On the other side of town, at HOBA Park, 1138 Bluegrass Lane, Always a Future for Kids will be hosting their annual OzFaire Renaissance Festival on October 10th and 11th, featuring armored combat, stage plays, archery, and more.
