West Plains, Mo. – A West Plains man was arrested on multiple warrants following a foot chase by police. The incident occurred on Friday, March 5, 2022 at 9:11 p.m. on Utah Avenue in West Plains.
West Plains Police were attempting to arrest Scott Niederklopfer, 29, when he fled on foot. WPPD received assistance from the Howell County Sheriff’s Office and were able to locate the suspect. Following an area search and foot pursuit, Niederklopfer was arrested on multiple felony and misdemeanor arrest warrants.

Scott Niederklopfer is charged with 2nd Degree Assault and two Felony Failure to Appear. He is held in the Howell County Jail pending $11,000 Bond.
