A West Plains man is arrested on multiple charges after a weekend assault. The victim, his fiancé, was able to escape to a neighbor’s home and call for help. Danny Tyler Phipps was taken into custody after fleeing from West Plains Police officers and trying to fight them off. Phipps faces domestic assault, sexual assault and kidnapping charges, as well as resisting arrest.
