On Saturday the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested C-Jay Kilkenny 21 of West Plains and charged him with Felony 1st degree fleeing/resisting arrest and possession of Child pornography. He was transported to the Howell County Jail. We will provide more details as they become available.
