A West Plains man faces a felony assault charge after an attack at Thrive Home Agency. A witness told West Plains Police that Trampas Reynolds punched, kicked and grabbed the victim. Video surveillance confirmed the story from the victim and witness, showing Reynolds punch the victim, grab his head and neck, and kick him multiple times after becoming enraged. Reynolds is charged with second degree assault.
