Houston, MO. – A West Plains man was seriously injured Wednesday after being ejected from his vehicle in a crash.
The occurred on Route Z, 7 miles south of Houston at around 9:50 am. Dylan Skaggs, 22 of West Plains, was driving an International 4700 box truck when his trailer partially left the roadway. This caused Skaggs to lose control of the vehicle, leading to the trailer overturning on the roadway, and the vehicle overturned off the roadway.

Skaggs was not wearing a safety device and was ejected during the accident, suffering serious injuries as a result. He was taken by ambulance to Texas County Memorial Hospital for treatment.
