West Plains Man in Serious Condition Following Wednesday Crash

West Plains, MO. – A West Plains man is in serious condition and is recovering in Ozarks Healthcare after the vehicle he was riding in was struck from behind.

This report comes from Trooper A.K. Falterman of Troop G of the Missouri State Highway Patrol. The time was 9:45am of April 12th, and occurred at the connection of US 160 and County Road 6920, just Southwest of West Plains.

Hannah Gleason, 26 of West Plains, was the driver of a Dodge Grand Caravan, and was attempting to make a turn, when Logan Roberts, a 25-year-old Caulfield resident, struck the back of the Dodge with the Mack truck he was driving.

While no one involved in the accident were wearing safety devices, it was only Jeremy Kostelnik, 26 of West Plains and a passenger of the Dodge, who is reported as having sustained injuries, which were considered serious in nature.
