West Plains man injured in crash near Licking

West Plains, MO. – A West Plains man was injured in a one-vehicle crash near Licking, Missouri on Wednesday night. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the crash occurred at 7 p.m. on US 63, five miles south of Licking on Jan. 31st.

A southbound Buick Enclave, driven by Kelby Hutsler, age 54 of West Plains, ran off the right side of the roadway and struck a rock bluff. The vehicle was totaled in the crash but the driver had been wearing a seatbelt and suffered minor injuries. He was transported by ambulance to Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston, Missouri for treatment.
