Jefferson City, MO. – The Missouri State Highway Patrol announced late last week that their latest batch of Law Enforcement Academy students will be graduating on Friday, June 21st, with some students being from our neck of the woods.
The graduation ceremony is set to take place at 9am on the south lawn of the Missouri Capitol, with the Patrol Academy’s gymnasium being set up as a back-up plan in case of inclement weather. In addition, this event will be live streamed on the patrol’s Facebook page, and four awards will be presented to high-performing students.
Two individuals from our listening area participated in this class, including Ethan C. Minge of West Plains, who will be assigned to northern Howell and Shannon Counties, and Samuel C. Clair of Marshfield, who will be assigned to St. Louis County.
This will be the 120th Recruit Class that has graduated from the academy, and they will be reporting for duty in their assigned locations on Monday, July 8th of this year.
