West Plains Mayor Signs Proclamation for Upcoming “Dust in the Wind” Stagecoach Trip

West Plains, MO. – Cowboy Rick and his crew are at it again this year with another Journey as they proceed into Kansas. The Journey Stagecoach trips are an activity that see an authentic stagecoach, drawn by horses, delivering pen pal letters from one section of the United States to another.

Yesterday, Rick and his crew were at West Plains City Hall, where they received a proclamation from Mayor Mike Topliff, recognizing this trip and all before it as being of cultural significance for our area, and worthy of further recognition from the citizens of West Plains.
