West Plains, MO. – A local individual who was announced as missing earlier this month has been found deceased.
Joseph Tripp, 41 of West Plains, was found recently on Highway 14, west of T Highway. Tripp was located deceased, with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. The Howell County Sheriff’s Office has stated that foul play is not expected and that they will release more information officially at a later date.
