The West Plains Police Department would like to announce the formal retirement of West Plains Police Department K9 Loki.

K9 Loki has served the West Plains Police Department since 2019 with his final date of service being June 22, 2026. The West Plains Police Department would like to recognize Corporal Welsey Stuart and K9 Loki’s loyal and dedicated service to the community.
Although K9 Loki is being retired from service, he will be provided to his handler, Corporal Stuart, to enjoy his well-earned retirement.
