West Plains, MO. – The West Plains PD is currently investigating a crash that occurred on January 18th involving a pedestrian.
According to the report, an unnamed 26-year-old female was crossing the road at the intersection of Porter Wagoner and 7th Street when she was struck. Her injuries were deemed critical, and she was taken to Cox Medical Center in Springfield for treatment.

The driver of the vehicle is said to have stopped at the scene of the collision and is cooperating with the investigation, which is still ongoing.
