West Plains Police Academy Applications Being Taken for Start in September

West Plains, MO. – The West Plains Police Department has announced the start of the application process for the third annual Community Police Academy(CPA). This program is available to anyone who lives or works within West Plains, and is intended to give citizens a better window of insight into the working of their local PD, as well as to give PD a better way to communicate and connect with the people they serve.

The CPA will begin this year on September 13th, and continue through to November 15th, and classes will be conducted by multiple individuals within the Police Department. Classes will take place on Wednesdays from 6pm to 9pm at the Emergency Operations Center at the West Plains Police Department.
