WEST PLAINS, Mo. — It’s almost the most wonderful time of the year in the city of West Plains, and city clerk Mallory Snodgras says electric crews will be installing the Christmas decorations on utility poles for the next several days:
She added that the new city Christmas tree will be installed on the downtown square next week:
