West Plains Public Library Puts on Animal Showcase for Packed House

West Plains, MO. – The West Plains Public Library recently held an event in-line with their Summer Reading Program which involved an exotic animal display at the West Plains Civic Center.

The house was packed this past Friday, with officials with the Dickerson Park Zoo giving kids and adults alike in attendance a chance to view a hedgehog, a skink, and a falcon. Very few seats appeared unused.

The next event held by the Library will be a show put on by local entertainer, Randy the Magic Guy, performing at 10am and 2pm this Thursday, July 18th. This will happen once again at the Civic Center theater and is free to the public.
