The City of West Plains has announced a change in date for the upcoming railroad closures.
The Lincoln Avenue railroad crossing will be closed Monday, February 10, beginning at 7 a.m. and will be open no later than 7 p.m. Tuesday, February 11 for rail replacement.

The Sunset Terrace railroad crossing will be closed Thursday, February 13, at 7 a.m. and will be open no later than 7 p.m. on Friday, February 14 for rail replacement.
During this time, city officials ask motorists to find an alternate route as traffic will not be able to cross railroad crossings.
