West Plains, Mo. – The West Plains Regional Animal Shelter had a rough year in 2020. With the pandemic raging and an economic downturn, the Shelter had to cancel its’ 2020 annual fundraiser and donations have been down. This year, 2021, is starting to come back to pre-pandemic norms but, the WPRAS needs your help.
Ozark Radio News spoke with Dennis Hammen of the West Plains Regional Animal Shelter about their upcoming Annual Silent Auction:
The West Plains Regional Animal Shelter will hold its’ Annual Silent Auction/Dinner fundraiser 6 p.m. November 12, 2021, at Abundant Life Baptist Church in West Plains. Everyone is welcome to this event. Participants are asked to bring a covered dish, salad, or dessert. There will be door prizes, bingo, food, and auction items.
Live music will be provided by Brother Paint.
