West Plains, MO. – The West Plains School District has announced the final five mascot name options for the community to vote on.
The district collected the top five name suggestions from students, parents, and the community. Now, it’s time to vote. The community can cast their votes for the five names until Wednesday, September 25th, at noon.

The five name options are:
- Lightning
- Ziz
- Bolt
- Sparky
- Zippy
The winning name will be revealed during the homecoming game this Friday night, September 27, 2024.
